Photo rejection from Event Organisers

Allowing Event Organisers to reject a photo of a Leader, Young Person or Volunteer. An email will be triggered at this point to allow the user to upload a new photo.

Payments system to allow for Card payments when individuals are making payment

For the option of individuals making payment only, hook into event-specific Stripe accounts to take payment via debit/credit card, and reconcile this payment within Scouts EMS automatically. Refunds will be made via Stripe only.
